All great ideas will lose at once when someone has to meet an important person, or you will be nervous when your superior calls you. This will happen because you or I have no confidence when we have to meet an important person. Our fault is we feel that we are under him/her at position or at socioeconomic. How to build confidence in front of an important person, below are the tips:
1. When you have to meet face to face with an important person, say that you are the same as him/her. Say in your heart that you are important as well him/her.
2. If you need him because you are as an employee of him/her, you have to believe that he/she needs you as well. Think that without you, he/she will not be like that.
3. You must always remember that he/she is human beings, not God, not anyone. He/she is the same with you, the creatures of God.
4. Believe that he/she has the same feeling as you do.

When I was a child, I used to play football with my friends. At senior high school, we even held a competition among the group of class. Each group or each individual tried to play all out in order to be the winner in each game. Do you know what has made us have a spirit to win? Or do you know what has encouraged us to be the winner?
Maybe you think that the prizes that had made us have a spirit to win. No, you are wrong. The winner got nothing, no money, no medal, or whatever.
However, we gave what we had, skill and knowledge of football although we knew we would not get nothing. We did that because we were PROUD to win. Pride is the power we had at that time.
Let’s see at this time. What has encouraged you to your current work? Bloggers Engineers, Drivers, even the President. Is it because of MONEY?
I would say: YOU WILL GET NOTHING from your works. Be proud if you are a blogger, an engineer, a president or whatever. Money is the second but be sure, it will follow gradually.

To get the success, people must have a dream and dreams. You must have dreams when you are awake not when you are sleeping. This kind of dream will guide you to the success. If you are dreaming of having a car, having a house and so on, you will try to get them by working hard. Of course, you will do it if you think that you can. Optimistic and you see that your future is something possible. Never think it is hard to reach your dreams.
You must believe that your success will be built of your dreams. The belief of having success is the asset as well to reach it. You should see that many successful entrepreneurs can change an empty land becomes a luxury housing, high building or anything else. This happens because they have a dream.
Besides that, if you want to succeed in your career or work now, you should enjoy your work. Without it, you will always feel being forced to do something. Do you like it? I am sure not. How can I enjoy my work if I do not like it? Yes, you are right. That is the problem and that is your fault as well. First thing you should do is to find the work that you like the most.
